A modular gasification system is a pre-engineered, containerized unit that converts biomass into syngas using high temperatures and controlled oxygen levels. AER's system operates autonomously, requires no fossil fuels, and scales from 10,000 to 100,000+ tonnes of feedstock annually.

Unlike conventional gasifiers, AER’s units permanently capture and sequester a portion of carbon in the form of stable biochar. Combined with methane avoidance and fossil offset, this results in net-negative lifecycle emissions — verified under MRV frameworks.
