Modular Green Methanol Plants for Industrial Scale
Patented Green Methanol Process
Our high-efficiency synthesis technology transforms clean syngas into methanol with exceptional yield and ultra-low emissions—validated through international standards and in-field deployment.
Flexible Offtake Applications
Our methanol is drop-in ready for marine fuel, chemical production, or as a precursor for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)—with global demand already secured across multiple sectors.
Strategic Co-Location Model
Facilities are sited near biomass sources or industrial zones, minimizing logistics, cutting emissions, and unlocking local employment and infrastructure benefits.
Pipeline-Ready Project Model
With 500 million litres of production capacity under development and active offtake partnerships, we’re inviting government and industry to co-develop future-ready facilities.
Be Part of the Green Methanol Pipeline
At AER Energy, we are actively building a 500 million litre pipeline of green methanol production capacity—anchored by offtake demand and backed by patented, carbon-negative technology.
Whether you're a government agency, industrial operator, investor, or shipping company, we’re inviting expressions of interest to co-develop, co-invest, or secure long-term supply.
This is your opportunity to shape the next wave of clean fuels infrastructure.
Green methanol is a clean-burning liquid fuel made from renewable feedstocks like biomass or municipal waste, instead of fossil gas or coal.
How is your green methanol carbon-negative?
Our syngas is produced via a patented autothermal gasification process that sequesters carbon. Combined with BECCS and no fossil inputs, the full lifecycle is net-negative. Learn more from Maersk
Is this methanol certified?
Yes, we design all production systems to align with RED II, ISCC, and RFNBO standards for marine and aviation fuels.
Can I co-locate this with existing biomass supply?
Absolutely. The system is modular and performs best when installed close to feedstock sources.
What is your timeline to production?
We are currently commissioning our first commercial facility. The rest of our 500M litre pipeline is open for early partnerships and co-development.
